Chuol Gew Nhial Ngeprial is a researcher on the XCEPT project. A seasoned food security and livelihood expert, peacebuilding specialist, and researcher, Chuol has over 27 years of experience across South Sudan and beyond. He holds advanced degrees in Agricultural Economics, Economic Development, and Peace and Development Studies, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Transformation. Chuol has held leadership, advisory, and research roles focused on conflict resolution, community security and small arms control, youth livelihoods, and development, emphasising cattle raiding and insecurity in Greater Jonglei.
