Samira Manzur

Research Development Fellow

Samira was a Research Development Fellow at the Centre for Peace and Justice, BRAC University (CPJ) between 2022-23. During the fellowship, she supported CPJ’s studies on the Bangladesh borderlands under the X-Border Local Research Network and with support from The Asia Foundation. Samira has researched and worked on labour, migration and governance in Asia and the Middle East since 2016. She is currently working on labour monitoring and research in Vietnam.

Samira holds an MA in Law and Diplomacy, with a focus on development economics and humanitarian action, from The Fletcher School. She also has a BA in economics and international relations from Tufts University.
